Hey Noah and Tim, I’ve been following the advice given here and launched my own clothing business within a year (whoop whoop). The brand and products are something I’m truly passionate about, but I’m facing a major roadblock – zero sales. I’ve put in the effort, but it seems like I might be missing something or not approaching the business side right.

Have you experienced this, and how did you navigate through it? I’m at a point where I’m questioning whether to keep going, try a different approach, or if I should consider moving on. Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated. It feels like I’m praying for a breakthrough at this point. Thanks in advance!

Hey Noah and Tim,

I couldn’t help but dive headfirst into the #48hourchallenge you laid out in your latest podcast, and it’s been an exhilarating ride! After a decade in the tech industry, I felt the burning desire to shift gears and dive into the entrepreneurial world.

Following your protocol, I spent Saturday creating the name and business model. On Sunday, I designed over 20 pieces of clothing and formed a partnership with a renowned designer to kickstart a women’s apparel brand. It’s been a whirlwind, but I’m facing a challenge and could use some guidance.

Despite my creative efforts, I’m struggling with the business side of things. Sales have been slow, and I’m at a point where I need to either find a solution or consider quitting. I lack the business acumen needed to propel my venture forward.

I’d appreciate any advice or insights you or the community might have on navigating these early hurdles. I’m determined to make this work, but I’m hitting a roadblock.

Thanks for inspiring your audience to take bold steps, and I’m eager to hear your thoughts!

This was a great episode! I actually run the nomad community groups in Cape Town through my company Work Wanderers! I would say Cape Town may become the next nomad capital of the world.

The weather is great, it’s the tech hub of Africa and ha western infrastructure, it’s super affordable, you can live in the best area in a mansion (like in LA) at a fraction of the price, standard of living is high for Westerners as they exchange rate is in their favour.

There’s hiking, world class cycling, beaches, winelands, hipster bar and cafe culture and beautiful day and weekend trips not far away. There’s also all kinds of adventure activities, kitesurfing, paragliding, surfing, diving, mountain biking etc.

It really has something for everyone.

Most people are scared as they have heard about the crime rates but it is area specific and honestly I feel more unsafe when I’ve traveled to Paris.

My name is Andrae Smith, founder of Work Wanderers and I’m passionate about brining digital nomads together and helping people in the 9-5 realise that this lifestyle is possible for them.

I run community colivings and meet-ups plus do remote career coaching!

I’m from Cape Town, South Africa so has been quite challenging building a global business but I hope at a point when I’ve scaled I’ll be able to start an non-profit segment helping disadvantaged South Africans buuld digital skills so they can be employable globally and live this lifestyle too as right now that would be a far-fetched concept for them.

Big fan!

Thanks for all the great content.

Best,
Andrae Smitj

Just recently listened to the “genesis” episode of Noah’s on your show, Tim! I was super stoked to see you guys get together again and record another epic conversation!

regarding the #48hourchallenge :

I got to nearly 50 (I believe we’re at 48 currently) subscribers for my Dental Newsletter called the TOOTHLETTER and am about to hit ‘send’ on the very first Newsletter edition in which I am announcing that the first 50 subscribers are part of an exclusive community called “Founders’ Club” within that Newsletter

I talked to dental suppliers just yesterday asking about a specific number of subscribers that they would like to see before they would be interested in placing ads in the TOOTHLETTER

Thanks for the opportunity and for another great episode of TFS!

Cheers,
Tilmann

This podcast was straight fire. Tim seems to be at his best when interviewing friends – Kevin Rose, Noah Kagan, Peter Attia, etc. Tim is an all around amazing interviewer, but these types of chats allow us to be a fly on the wall in authentic conversation – it really brings out the best in both parties.

Noah’s conversation regarding his multitude of coaches gave me the confidence that a coaching platform is something that can work in the real world. My goal for the next 48 hours is to talk to ten friends and see if this is something they would be interested in (and maybe secure one dollar from each). While I’m at it, I’ll be asking for 10% off my next coffee.

Thanks for the great and inspiring work Noah and Tim!

Hey Noah and Tim,

Let’s get in the #48hourchallenge.

Sometimes all you need in life is a great instigator.

I’ve been posting content on LinkedIn and Instagram since October 2021 to grow my personal brand and build my content marketing agency.

It’s been hard. I quit freelancing on Fiverr and Upwork last year and doubled down on local networking in Bulgaria (that’s my strong suit).

However, still trying to find that arbitrage getting people oversees to trust me and work with me.

I studied entrepreneurship, travelled in 19 countries, lived in 5 and looking to find a way to earn my freedom (and build a treehouse).

You are both awesome!

P.S.: Life is an experiment.

What an incredible episode. I’m thrilled I made time to delve into this inspiring and challenging content, which truly solidified many of my thoughts. It prompted me to participate in the #48hourchallenge and commit to starting a small, specialized agency.

Currently, I have two ideas. First, I’m passionate about Notion and believe creating a comprehensive information wiki page for homes, teams, or virtual assistants can be a significant time saver. I’d like to call this “Notion Genies,” where we craft wiki pages tailored to various needs.

Secondly, as a first-year entrepreneur, I realized the importance of bookkeeping but didn’t want to spend time on it myself. Inspired by Noah’s book on starting businesses, I’d love to establish a service where virtual assistants help with bookkeeping exclusively.

I want to express my gratitude to both Noah and Tim for their vulnerability, honesty, and sincerity. Their resistance to producing clickbait content and commitment to in-depth discussions is refreshing. The numerous thoughtful choices made throughout the podcast’s production do not go unnoticed, and I genuinely appreciate your efforts.
Great job! Both of you are truly impressive. Many thanks to you both.

Hey Tim and Noah,

Thank you for all of the free advice you put out, especially the advice on asking for 10% off your coffee. When I moved across the country from NJ to LA for an internship, I used that tip to help me break out of my shell. As an Equinox personal trainer, sales is everything, so thank you so much for your help on all of the tips you have given over the years. Since my time has ended at Equinox, I started an exercise product company called SquatWedgiez. We funded it through kickstarter in 2021 and since then have grown to 15,000 customers. I understand Tim has some lower back issues, so my #48hourchallenge is reaching out to Tim and offering a pair of our squat wedges and slant boards for him to use in his training to help with the back pain. If you would like us to send you a pair, please let me know below. Thank you again for all the help!

Hey Noah & Tim!

Years ago I learned Japanese really fast and passed the highest level of fluency exam.

I just decided to launch a Japanese online learning community + course (Pre-sale). I made a post on social media, got on a call with the 12 people who responded, sold them for $5/mo membership. I made a sign up page in about an hour.

8 people joined, 1 was my girlfriend (who has no interest in learning Japanese). After that I got 6 more people to join by emailing them.

Watched the both of you on the TV show years ago. Would love to hang with Noah in Barcelona to learn more and make a video out of it! (I have a YouTube channel and previously worked with App sumo before)

Hey Noah!

After being a wantrepeneur for years I finally took the plunge this week and kicked off a community website with a POD store tie in for customized accessories and apparel.

Rave reviews on the site and I’ve kicked off a giveaway with a low material cost item to gauge interest and ask for feedback.

The best part is I’ve built it all with tools that I’ve bought through AppSumo and it feels great to actually put these tools to use!

Truly a fantastic podcast! There’s the saying that you’re a product of the 5 people you spend the most time with, and that concept extends to critical thinking, whether in person or not. In that case, you, Tim, are one of those people for me – constantly cultivating guests and fostering topics that challenge assumptions.

I love this #48hourchallenge! My company is preparing to raise a seed round, and I’ve successfully convinced myself of 1,000+ reasons why we’re not ready to reach out to our target list of investors and pitch to them. I finally reached out to the first 6 with the light-touch email format discussed. There are tons of investors out there, so there are nearly unlimited opportunities – thanks for the nudge!

LovingKindness

[Moderator: link to fractionalexecutives dot world redacted.] was spun out of [Moderator: link to theprojectxway dot com redacted.]

Project X is a concept tailored to integrate smoothly with venture capital and entrepreneurship, streamlining the rapid commercialization process of substantial applied research worldwide. This is particularly advantageous in scenarios where the conventional timelines and metrics of venture capital may not be suitable, and the applied researcher doesn’t align with the identity of an entrepreneurial founder which we see often.

Fractional Executives emerges from the idea of commercialization-as-a-service introduced by the Project X hypothesis. It is especially relevant at a time when traditional approaches to recruitment and retention are ripe for disruption. We strongly believe that fostering connections between exceptional companies and extraordinary leaders in a fractional capacity is a mission worth embracing in this moment.

Imagine what we could accomplish together in beautiful Barcelona in forty eight hours.

Noah and Tim, when I saw the 4-hour podcast, I almost shied away, but I’m SO glad I didn’t…and, in these past 48 hours, I’ve moved mountains.

Four months ago, I launched my personal brand—I want to help people (men, especially) realize and resolve their childhood trauma because it’s holding them back from living a truly abundant and authentic life.

About seven years ago, I started a consulting firm, and the demands of it—having to set boundaries (with men!), advocating for my worth, and building a team—almost killed me. I wound up in the hospital twice, was having panic attacks that kept me from driving, and was so depressed I worried I’d hurt myself. I got help and learned that beneath all my suffering was a traumatic and abusive childhood that I didn’t know I had. I healed, drove my business to make me $1M a year, and now, my brothers and cousins are opening up, and I’m seeing how, by breaking the cycle of generational trauma, my life and family have benefitted.

2024’s word of the year is RESULTS, and like Tim’s taught me, we need to focus strategically on where we can have the most impact. In the past 48 hours, I’ve hired a firm to help me tell my story while also launching a social media strategy, dialing in closely on the exact avatar I’m targeting to join my Mastermind, and received my first application. I’ve reached out to 25 podcast hosts to see if I can be a guest on their shows, and 13 said yes and that they loved my story. I’m determined to give 150% of myself and be the best guest I can be to get my message out into the world. I also just landed in Nashville for a brand-building networking event where, for the next two days, I’ll be immersed with other entrepreneurs working on their personal brands and committed to leaving here being a changed man.

I’d love nothing more than to have a few hours with you, Noah! This trauma thing is horrible, and unless treated, we keep passing it down to our kids. My self-worth was in the gutter, and I’m surprised I made it out not only alive but thriving. Access to healing saved my life. Everything’s changed—my mental health is superb, and I now live in authenticity and am committed to pursuing my dream of a purposeful career in service of those suffering from trauma.

Thank you for your consideration. <3

After watching Tim and Noah speak about a wide range of topics for 4 straight hours, I was inspired to make some bold moves in my business that I launched only 2 weeks ago. I launched my pre-workout honey business the first week of January and started taking pre-sales. The podcast inspired me to make a bold move – so I worked to get contacts for a member of the University of Michigan football team’s staff as well as the head strength and conditioning coach of the Vegas Knights hockey team. Will the teams take a shot on my product and allow me to send samples to them? I’m not sure yet. But I do know that listening to that podcast fired me up enough to take the boldest step I’ve taken in business so far. Just like asking for 10% off, I think this experience has helped me break limiting beliefs, have the confidence to just ask, and to shoot my shot, even when I don’t feel completely ready. Thank you both for the work that you do, it is changing so many peoples lives on a daily basis and I am forever grateful for role models like you. Cheers, Jack Healy

Hi Tim
it seems that your podcast growth is slowing down and because of this you are considering doing something new.

Well, for me this raises a huge discussion about growth.
Why should you play a game to win, rather than playing for your enjoinment?
Why should it be either growth or quit?
What is so bad about having a no-growth business that you enjoy?

This is a bigger picture problem. It might be the basic flaw of the free market system. Grow and grow before the competition eats you.

But you can do better than that,

A few people come to mind like Naval Ravikant, Jason Fried and Yvon Chouinard, who seem to not care too much about growth and competition, but rather do their thing.

This is advice from somebody who knows and understands less than you.

Take care
Alex

Dear uncle kogan,

This is Pedro from Brazil, I am an architect, but well, this thing i’m doing is about brazilian jiu jitsu, and it looks like a 3D chess that I created to help me view better the zillion positions and combinations available in this beautiful art sport.

Created this thinking it would be nice for me and my great friend to study better, retain, and explore a new way to see the sport, kinda like a matrix. And I also thought it would look cool as hell. I tried looking for something like this since started training and was all much the same, just videos.

Couple of years ago I gave at a friends local school a crash course on creativity and thought it would be not very creative using Powerpoint only, so I made this galaxy map of concepts on a game engine with the help of a very kind programmer friend, who taught me what i needed so I could finish the whole thing. Thought the same system might work on the BJJ framework and it was a great match. But then a great challenge as well. Did it for about two months and got really stuck, but right before the challenge, my programmer friend taught me what was missing and I was ready to crunch this thing.

In this 48hours, my challenge was to have a testable “game”, a MVP to test it on the market . I wrecked the shit to make it work finnaly, and by now at 4am I think I have what i needed to launch it
The product itself, is now crafted, ready to be tested in the world
Also designed a launch page, and an almost done sales video.
thebjjgame.com is the domain I have, sounds like a nice one.
Have some material made for adds as well, following this mandala of a marketing and sales course I am studying.

I finished what was the core of the “game”, but it will keep being updated regularly to make it a huge net of movements and strategies, as the game looks like it´s infinite with all it´s possibilities. Will be a very cool library map.

I love the art and will keep uploading this system for my own learning regardless of how many people like it, but I think people would find it very useful too.
.
I love creating and I love designing, and Oh my god, I love Catarina, and I am doing this to pay our marriage this year, and live la dolce vita with her in our next years.

Anyways, the podcast was great, and I think this 48hour boost will change how things go anyway, Would love going to Barcelona, was there for 3 days last year for the first time and it was so fast hahaha
.
From you nephew Pedro,
warm hug from Brazil.

I mentioned starting an international jobs newsletter in a previous comment. It turns out an opportunity has arisen to sell subscriptions in bulk. Now, I will focus on that and see where this path takes me.

Thank you for your work, Tim and Noah.

Hey Tim and Noah

I loved your show and was pumped to take on the #48hourchallenge. Although it’s taken me nearly 48 hours (in chunks) to listen to the whole episode, there is so much goodness!

Here’s my 48 hours….

I’m an established leadership coach and podcast host. For the last 15 months I’ve been chewing over the idea of an AI-driven meditation pod. That’s been good creative procrastination but has left me stuck with a germ of an idea. To give you insight the pod leverages 4 elements in terms of personalised generated content, active noise reduction, bio-feedback and a research engine to leverage the latest science so it’s not over-woo.

So, here’s what your kick up the ass has pushed me to do:

– I’d already developed some early content as proof of concept, so add in visuals / video to load up

– Created early brand concepts that blend spirituality, technology and luxury

– Developed landing page for the Inochi pod with invite to invest/be first customer

– Deeper research on AI elements to fine tune concepts and not sound like a total bullshitter

– Developed mood board for materials and aesthetics

– Reached out to get latest market stats and viewership of mindfulness based interventions / meditation to determine potential market including google trends to identify geography in the future (feeding again into aesthetics)

Reached out to friends in my network who can help build the prototype –
– I have a high end boatbuilder who is on speed dial and is currently working up rough production costs
– an aesthetics business owner who understands the luxury spa market
– interior designer who serves Mayfair, London private clients
to start on price, b2b market segments to build brand.

– Entered OpenAI’s AI challenge for their six week incubator support (only 10-15 spots available)

My biggest lessons

– ideas need oxygen… the delay in starting had been good in that many thoughts were there. But in my head and without the conviction of bringing the idea alive it was worthless and worse than that, gradually decaying / missing the market opportunities.

– precise asks mean you can easily find people in your network who are happy to offer free technical advice

– focus on what’s near to your zone of genius not on what you don’t know. Yes, for the last three years I’ve been obsessing over AI and don’t want to disclose how much I’ve spent with AppSumo on awesome tools… but the 48 hours has pushed me to play in what I know well (the mindful, the leaders journey) and push the tech aspects back into the tools rather than the main focus of the project.

I encourage anyone to take a run at the challenge. Even if you don’t have 48 hours straight (which I didn’t) you can surprise yourself with what you can fit in between other commitments (and your kids don’t always need you to put them to bed all of the time)

I bought a niche website over a year ago, with the grand plans to transform it from a hobby site into a proper business. A year later, I hadn’t done anything with it. One weekend, inspired by Noah’s videos, I finally took action 12 weeks ago and have accomplished the following:

1. Started and have consistently posted a weekly newsletter to engage the existing but stagnant community on the website

2. Road mapped the different products I need to offer on the website to make it competitive in the market

3. Hired a software developer on Upwork part time to start adding these premium features with any side cash I have from my full time job

4. Filed for an LLC in the new year and got bookkeeping/business credit card/ business bank account etc. all formalized so I will be ready to roll when it comes time to launch the first premium features on the site

All of the ideations/initial actions happened in a weekend after a year of procrastinating because I “didn’t have it all figured out”. I just got my first sponsor for the newsletter, and it’s been bringing in a few hundred dollars in affiliate income. Otherwise, just investing in the future premium features on the site.

So happy that I finally took action, and now that things are in motion I feel a sense of fulfillment – being on the journey is much better than dreaming about it.

Cheers to both of you – Tim, 4 Hour Workweek sparked entrepreneurial spirit in a whole generation including myself, and Noah you make business approachable and possible due to the spirit of “Just get started”.

Hey Tim & Noah,

Backstory:
Have learned a ton from both of you since the very early days. I’m 54 years old (feel like a kid) and have been consistently publishing content since 2015 (over 1400 YT videos, 160+ podcasts, how-to articles). I mainly make tutorials and ‘quick tips’ for content creators who are also trying to make a full-time living online and creating a life they want.

Conflct:
I have struggled with the business side (making money), but refuse to give up and keep making content and moving forward until I find my way. My achilles heel is making courses and it has nothing to do with tech or creating. Finding the ‘problem’ to solve seems to be the obstacle that I keep avoiding (even though I’m an avid learner and pretty handy in tech and creator tools).

@Tim
Your podcast has been my #1 since you started and it never disappoints. The resources and book recommendations are priceless. I think about Awareness By Anthony Demello almost daily. Thank you.

@Noah
I love the candor and practicality. Your ‘podcast promo run’ has really helped give me a long-overdue nudge (even though I have been steadily grinding in the right direction for many years).

Weekend Plan:
I am committing this weekend to trying to finish one of my many ‘1/2 baked’ courses that I just cannot seem to get out the door for one excuse or another. My YouTube community has been asking for a beginner course on After Effects and I keep saying ‘soon’ but it just keeps alluding me. I will do my best.

Action Item:
I signed up and paid for 3 months of Kajabi (which will be expensive for me at $199/month when the trial ends). This is my #48hourchallenge to light the fire under me to build my ‘Mike Murphy Academy’ to house courses, digital assets and a community for other creative nerds who love to learn and create, but also want to make money to achieve the ultimate goal: freedom.

P.S:
@Noah, I walked the Camino de Santiago in 2021 (42 days of the best experience of my life), but it’s also very popular for bikers if you are looking for an amazing side trip while in Barcelona. I think you’d love it.

Keep being awesome. ✌️👊💪

Cheers,
Mike

Hey Tim and Noah,

Your #48hourchallenge ignited a spark in me, a young doctor from Germany. It pushed me to leap out of the traditional healthcare system and start FPS Health, an evidence-based coaching program aimed at enhancing life quality.

Right after listening to your podcast, I leveraged my network (that’s a fancy way of saying I asked my brother, who used to play soccer professionally in his youth), and landed two Bundesliga players as pro-bono clients to pilot my concept. It was a dive into the deep end, without my white coat but with tons of valuable insights in “sales” and “marketing,” or whatever you’d like to call this adventure.

I also reached out to leading rejuvenation clinics nearby, offering a free newsletter with life quality improvement tips, culminating in an invite to an exclusive webinar. The response? Overwhelmingly positive.

This journey has taught me that embracing simplicity, though challenging, is key. Stepping away from complexity requires courage, but it’s definitely the right path.

Thanks for inspiring me to transform not just my own life but potentially the lives of many others.

Warm regards,
Federico

This was an amazing episode, thank you Tim and Noah! I love the #48hourchallenge , I have been sitting on an idea for a sport specific clothing option for nearly two years now! Since finishing the podcast this morning I have:

– Reached out to many friends and followers on Strava asking if they like the idea (and if so preorder). So far I have 5+ yeses, hell yea, etc! in only a few hours. (not a ton but its the validation as you spoke about)
– I have reached out to a few people via Upwork and Thumbtack for getting a prototype sewn up
– Called and emailed 3 cut and sew manufacturers asking how to start the process and I will certainly need to do some negotiating!
– Started using ChatGPT for things like naming ideas (so far no good ones), what is needed in the tech pack for manufacturers and other things like sizing, fabric choices, etc

This is super exciting and getting the validation from friends and followers on Strava was a very nice way to say this could very well be worth the time and effort.

Thank you both for the motivation!

#48hourchallenge

I have a marketing consulting business that I have been running for about 2 years.

In the last 48 hours, I attempted to grow my business by only using tools I bought from appsumo.com. Here is what I did:

I used leadrocks.io and outscraper.com to get a list of contact information for my target audience. I am targeting owners of self-storage facilities and offering to increase their NOI by getting them more tenants through SEO and Google Ads.

I verified that the emails of the prospects were valid using findthatlead.com.

Once I had the list of leads, I set up cold email campaigns using sendnow.ai. This allowed me to email 200 storage facility owners in 2 days. It’s still a little early to evaluate but I am looking for at least a 1% meetings booked rate,

I also set up LinkedIn outreach campaigns and sent connection requests to 50 self-storage owners. To help automate this I used salesrobot.co. I set up a sequence where I send a connection request and view the prospects’ LinkedIn profile. Then if they accept the connection, I have a 3 message sequence that goes out over two weeks. It is still too early to know how well this will work but I have gotten a few positive responses and one meeting booked with a property manager so far.

To write the email copy and subject line, I used an AI writing tool called texta.ai. It has a dedicated feature for writing cold emails. I used that as a first draft and then edited it based on this template: Personalized first line, a question about their marketing, Case Study showing my track record.

I used tidycal.com to get meetings scheduled with prospects. In the emails and LinkedIn messages, I included my tidaycal.com link to make it easier for anyone interested to book a call with me.

For the meeting with the property manager lead, I used noota.io to take notes and summarize the call with action items, this helped make sure I didn’t forget any key details from the call and helped me send a recap email to the lead.

For marketing, I published one blog on my website and optimized it for search using marketmuse.com. This tool helps give you data on semantically related keywords to include in your blog and what your word count should be. I came up with the idea for the blog by doing keyword research in a tool called serpstat.com.

I published one YouTube video teaching how to do keyword research and I optimized that video using tubics.com. This tool gives ideas for various factors that help SEO on YouTube. The video has over 50 views so far which is pretty cool and it is my best video out of my last 10.

I also made one LinkedIn post using the help of texta.ai as well. I repurposed the LinkedIn post and made it into a thread for X as well.

Now my goal is to not stop after these 48 hours and consistently have outbound campaigns running and consistently publish content on my blog, YouTube, and LinkedIn. If I do this every day, I know my business will be much bigger in 6 months and 12 months.

Greetings Noah and Tim,

Thanks for the show and the kick in the ass I needed to move the ball I have been neglecting down the field. I read 4-Hour Work Week back in 2007 (the title worked on me!) and have been listening to the podcast since the beginning – I think I found it when episode 3 was the most recent.

I finished my book some time ago and have (uncharacteristically) been paralyzed by the thought of requesting a forward from the person who is at the top of the notoriety pyramid in my industry. By the time I post this to the comment section, I will have sent emails to the three contact points I have requesting said forward.

And Noah, if you want to get together, I’m just a 6-hour drive away from Barcelona in southern France – I have had a moderately interesting life (Kona coffee farmer, Berlin by Accident, and now Living a French Life on YouTube, and I’ve been itching for some good sangria!

Count me in for the #48hourchallenge ; I’d love to see what you can do with this!

I’m 65 years old and moved from NYC to the poorest region of the US, the Mississippi Delta. I’m here to revitalize a community center started by nuns in the 1980’s. I realize I need to bring in more revenue for the center and for the next 65cyears of my life. The #48 Hour Challenge motivated me to start a coaching company to help people with “midlife reinvetion.” After the podcast, I cold messaged a VP on Linkedin at the cosmetics company, L’Oreal, to see if they’d be interested in my coaching services. The VP said he’d be happy to read my proposal. Now off to write a proposal!

Awesome episode! Love the chemistry between Tim and Noah – and my pen (pilot G2 😉 ) is almost out of ink from all the useful tactics!

This episode also helped unstick a business idea that has been stuck for way too long. I’ve been working with a friend on app that puts a new spin on language learning. We’ve stalled a number of times, but this episode lit a fire under both of us.

Since listening, and within 48 hours, we’ve engaged a mutual friend – an engineer who is keen to get involved, reached out to 10 potential partners and polled 100 potential users. There is A LOT of interest… and that wouldn’t be possible without this episode.

So thanks guys!

Hi Tim and Noah!

Always a pleasure having you blabber for hours in my ear holes. 🙂

Time for the #48HourChallenge 🔥

In the past 48 hours I have done 100 warm reach-outs to my existing network to find my first 5 FREE clients to build a foundation for my new video production business. The goal is to replace my current 9-5 income.

I help small business owners connect with and grow their audience through consistent branded video content and lead generation strategy.

I’m excited to announce that I will be shooting my first free project in February for a wedding DJ business providing 30 days worth of valuable video content to generate leads for their services.

• What is it about Oprah and Miyazaki for you? [A]
• Where can you out-care anyone you know? [B]

Tim hope these prompts are useful in your quest for next.

[A] Is it that they’re admired by enough people to be single-name-famous, that they found a lifetime craft, that their themes are ‘slice of life’? Why do Oprah and Miyazaki resonate for you more than Tony Robbins / Paul Graham / Seth Godin?

[B] Is it learning, teaching, healing, translating, entertaining, troubleshooting, deciphering, growing? Is there an area where your quality bar is deemed excessive even by someone you consider elite in that game?

Tim and Noah,

Some amazing stuff in this conversation – 4 hours of insights! It was so good, I’m going to have to go back and have a listen again…

Tim – You had a quick note on America having ‘good advertising’. I absolutely love this thought, and I’ve been discussing this frequently, considering the deflation issues/population decline in China and population decline in the EU, and how we can avoid it…Make it frictionless to come here, bring more brain power and culture, and let’s see things thrive again.

Noah – I’m entering the #48hourchallenge. Barcelona is in my top 3 cities I’ve traveled to, and I cannot think of many better life opportunities than brainstorming business solutions and biking (I love to get some miles in!) with you while hanging out there. Tim, join us if you can. It’d be an honor to meet you also!

Here’s what I’ve got done in the last 48:

– Learned Elementor/wordpress and built my website. (I’d been operating in stealth for a few months, but you inspired me to push it to everyone – Now, not how.)
– Reached out to a random Instagram account I follow, offering my services to pay it forward and help him hit his sales goal before the end of the month!
– Met a guy from YC Match, discussed his startup, and made my 48-hour sprint plan of how to help him…
– Asked 5 people for feedback on my initial website launch so I can dial it in!
– Got myself a copy of your book – THANKS, NOAH.
– Followed up with the guy from Instagram – no answer yet, but we all know the $$$ is in the follow-up!
– Made a LinkedIn post to ‘go public’ out of ‘stealth’ in my network to see where that leads…500+ connections – NERVE-WRACKING, but you have to shoot your shot!

It’s amazing what you can do in 48 hours when you just go all-in…

Really appreciate all that both of you do!

Cheers!

Noah! When I heard about your #48hourchallenge tied to Million Dollar Weekend, the timing felt destined. I had just been struck by an exciting business idea right before finishing up my podcast with you and Tim. So at 9:51pm, fueled by inspiration and adrenaline (and very little sleep), my 48 hour countdown BLASTED off! 🚀

I spent time brainstorming, framing, note-taking, and a tornado of thoughts and ideas until about 4am, when my brain broke down and I passed out, waking back up at 6:30am.

I rallied my inner circle for feedback (15 voice message ASKs for $1-$5 or nothing at all), asked my wife the ultimate litmus test, bought some domain names, drafted pitches, validated the problem and possible solutions, dug into market data and trends showing 1,000%+ growth, researched potential revenue models…all between work meetings and corralling my kids from screaming and fighting about their ‘stuffy’s. 😅

The progress and validation from trusted friends in just 24 hours has me beyond hype. One friend even said “Screw the $1-5, I want IN on this entire idea!” You’ll also see a $1 Venmo from me coming through soon! 😉🙌

I HATED but LOVED putting myself out there with “THE ASK” to my network. But it sparked motivation ripples beyond just me. I purchased 10 of your books for those who contributed their wisdom and support!

Of course, I had to tap into the Time To Rise summit x Tony Robbins (I know you’re not a rah rah kinda guy, but I needed a mental espresso) for an extra jolt!

Now, running on adrenaline and LESS than 2 hours sleep, I’m pushing through the next 24 hours fueled by pure excitement around this concept. Location: Barcelona (the city of Gaudi’s imagination brought to life). Timeframe: 48 high-intensity hustle hours. Objective: Eat. Sleep. Create. Repeat. ✨

The early progress indicates this could amplify AppSumo along the way if intentional and executed right! LFGooooo!! 🙌🔥🚀

Stay tuned for the next chapter! #48HourChallenge #BarcelonaDreaming

#48hourchallenge Geez Rabi Can’t Lose & Tim Tim, you both made me do it & guess what happened? Cha-Ching!! That Venmo sound of my first #dollarchallenge dollas hitting my account while I’m at the top of the rock climbing gym wall was maybe the sweetest sound because I know the 11 years of mental fitness work is paying off. JUST START – action conquers fear!

Oh and tiny steps add up … This is what I learned after almost dying, learning to walk again, now I’m back running Spartan races. So I’m starting a thing to help other people stop waiting & start winning by taking massive messy action.

The brand I’m launching (no URLs please) collabs with human transformation luminaries (like Tim & Noah) for limited edition motivational medallion drops (think Ryan Holiday’s awesome stoic coins) plus a goal pursuit platform that gives luminaries a micro community to run challenges like #48hourchallenge and #dollarchallenge in cohort crews so everyone does the work together & no one transforms alone.

Noah if you’re reading this I’ve got a Million Dollar Weekend cohort crew #1 ready to launch on book launch day Jan 30 2024 & I’ve got the Million Dollar Weekend medallion already designed & ready to presell as a daily reminder for your Underdogs to make the most of every moment.

To the rest of you reading this – JUST START. I believe in you 💪

It was an extremely productive 48 hours for me and my new business venture. I was laser-focused and put in long, intense hours to push the business forward. I was able to connect with 5 promising potential new clients that could become great partners. Building relationships and growing our client base are key right now.

Additionally, I developed 2 killer sales deck presentations for upcoming pitches with interested clients. These visual aids will allow me to effectively communicate my value proposition and differentiate my business. After finishing the decks, I presented to the potential clients, skillfully conveying my enthusiasm and capabilities.

Furthermore, I held exploratory sales calls with several other clients that reached out with interest. Being able to juggle the design work while simultaneously advancing these budding relationships illustrates my drive and dedication.

In just 2 short days, through self-motivation and determination, I made meaningful progress to get my new venture going. Making vital connections, creating sales materials, pitching clients, and advancing opportunities simultaneously was extremely demanding but rewarding work. This intense effort is what it will take to get my business thriving.

Tim & Noah, Thank for taking the time to have this conversation. ACTION is the ingredient that most ideas lack. It’s easy to get caught up in idea generation and wasting time on things that are not relevant to income generation (I suffer from this). I have an existing business (Roofing Company) and in the last 48 hours here are some things I’ve done to create some momentum.

#48HourChallenge

1. Pre Ordered 1 copy of the Kindle version of The MDW book.
2. Went to the MDW Official Book Companion Site…Bought 10 Hardcopy books to gain access to the “Launchpad”. (Immediately made list of 10 people I will give the books to)
3. RSVP’d to the Private Book Reading in Austin Texas.
4. Booked my flight to Austin the morning of the reading and back home that evening.
5. Printed my customer list, and sent every customer a personal email asking for a review of their past or present experience.
6. Created a list of all Family & Friends and Friends of Family and Friends that could be contacted or email sent to introducing my business to them.
7. Created and email capture form with Aweber to add to the Website to start building a list.

Thank You for the kick!

Great episode! Although it took me three days to get through it, I was quite surprised when it ended because it did not feel like a combined 4 hours. Thank you for taking the time to help inspire so many people.

During my 48 hours of listening to the episode, not realizing there might be a challenge at the end, I was already implementing your advice.

Before I tell you what I did, it helps to understand the setting. In Columbia, SC, trying to foster ingenuity, creativity and entrepreneurship has challenges. The culture is very status quo. Energizing and curious people are here but not in large clusters. Having worked to build entrepreneurship over the past year, I believe I have a found a spark to help build a fire – AI.

In December I produced an AI conference in Columbia, at the Darla Moore School of Business where I am getting my MBA. (And I am doing this at 58) It was successful, and many people were interested in meeting again in the future. I saved their emails but kept dragging my fit on getting something moving.

Then I listened to your podcast!

Over the past two days, I locked in two 100-person rooms for free, guaranteeing at least two meetups! I simply followed Noah’s advice on just explaining my situation (Not charging for the event) and what I bring (50 to 100 creative, energetic people who might consider joining their coworking space). And even though today was my son’s 16th birthday, after dinner, I created an Eventbrite page and then immediately promoted the event on LinkedIn.

So now, we have a great opportunity to begin bringing innovative and curious people together on a monthly basis to help energize the community.

In addition, as I spoke with the managers of the coworking spaces, I realized that there are hundreds of people in these spaces that want and need to produce video and podcast content but either don’t know how, fear the unknown or have to make it perfect. We brainstormed an idea where I would come in for 2-3 days, blocking time to shoot videos and record podcasts for residents. I drove to see a friend in the business, and after an hour, decided he would lend me the equipment (for free) and I would handle the entire 2-3 day event. Wow!

Now I have never been behind the camera for a video or run a soundboard, but my friend agreed to quickly train me and I could make it happen. I couldn’t nail down dates yet but the hard part is done. Exciting!

So, in two days, I pulled together an AI meetup for 100 people that can bring together the creative and curious in our community. As well, I moved from idea to action on a popup Video/podcast event to help local entrepreneurs build their brand and get heard.

And one final tidbit. My oldest son just returned from Barcelona for his semester abroad in Architecture at Clemson. He absolutely loved it! So I can’t wait experience that wonderful city as well.

Hey Noah and Tim, I’ve listened to a few tech world conversations about bettering business and it never really seems like it correlates to my industry. This was one of the most motivating conversations from your industry that aligned with my headspace.

I started a general contracting/carpentry company 5 years ago and last year took a lot of risk with investing into a cabinet shop to build out the kitchens and interiors of the homes I build.

I listened to this podcast twice and in the last #48hourchallenge I had a hard conversation with one of my employees. I’ve always struggled expressing my frustrations with lack of effort and we ended up having a great conversation in which I received some good constructive criticism. After this conversation I made some spreadsheets to increase our companies short term goals and expectations for weekly progress.

I also reached out to a potential employee and set up a meeting with him. I have a lot on my plate with being the general contractor and laborer on the jobs and need a foreman. I’ve struggled finding a good fit and in our small community there aren’t many people with the experience I need. I’m really trying to figure out ways to scale my business, I have work for the next year but need a good team to help me successful in all areas of my business.

Thanks Tim, been loving your podcast, it’s been super motivating, have fun skiing!

Loved your conversation Tim and Noah!

There was a webapp that I’ve been thinking about for a while, where you can paste text into it, have it generate a hash, and then you can share a link to that hash with a time delayed reveal that you set. So this way you can prove that whatever text you entered was written at a specific point in time when you created the hash. I call it Countdown2Secret (but no URLs are allowed in the comment section?)

I got a few people playing around with it on twitter and put a donation button on it and made $2. A bit short of $10k, but its infinitely scalable, may just need some marketing loving, and a bit more debugging.

I have other business projects I’ve been working on, but have been meaning to do more coding/building lately.

This was more like a #24HourChallenge for me haha.
Thanks for the kick in the pants to get building 🙂

Hey Noah & Tim,

I so appreciate you putting together this episode. After I listened, I shuffled a few things around and spent the afternoon brainstorming ways to pivot my business.

In the last 6-months, my business lost the majority of its organic traffic due to an algorithm update. My website is about travel gear and location-independent living. We’d make money by ranking for keywords like “best travel purses” and driving readers to products we’re affiliated with.

If I’m being totally honest, I didn’t love the business model. It felt a bit slimy because most of the products we’d recommend we didn’t test out ourselves.

So I took this brainstorming session as a way to reimagine the business I want to create and sustain long term.

I love storytelling, and with the rise of AI-generated content, I think people want to hear more from actual humans. We have a weekly newsletter where I used to share gear recs and my travel stories. I decided it would be more impactful to have other people share their journey to becoming a nomad and creating the lifestyle they want. (Think, The Moth meets our newsletter and had a baby).

So I began reaching out to other nomads to share their stories in the newsletter. First, I did the low-hanging fruit: my nomad friends. Got buy-in from just about everyone. Then, I worked on reaching out to location-independent entrepreneurs I admire but don’t know personally. However, I knew I needed to offer them something in return.

I’m also an SEO consultant, so I decided to pitch them a free audit in exchange for their story. Most of my clients are well-known B2B SaaS brands, so I leveraged the “it’s either high-price or free” advice and (shamelessly) name-dropped those brands in my email to get buy-in.

Within two days, I’ve heard back from more than half of those people and have their stories scheduled out through the end of February.

Similar to Tim, I’ve known for years now that I need to expand into video. The idea I had months ago was doing talking-head style YouTube content where I review travel products. But the thought of having it centered around me just talking endlessly into a camera? I’d rather gargle wasps.

So I came up with an idea.

2 weeks ago I had my business sponsor an afternoon of rock climbing for kids from the local townships. I did this because I simply just wanted to share something I love with people who would’ve never otherwise had the opportunity. I figured I could create Mr. Beast-style videos similar to this event where I can sponsor cool outdoor activities for underserved communities and surprise them with travel gear.

It’s a win-win. I get to capture video of people using the products, and I get to make their day in the process.

Plus, I already work with hundreds of affiliates who are always open to sending me products (and most of the time, they just sit in my closet, unused).

In 48 hours:

– I figured out my new business model of expanding in a way that feels genuine and something I can do long-term
– I have 8 digital nomads lined up to share their stories on the newsletter (4 of whom are well-known and I’m still shocked I even heard back)
– I figured out my YouTube strategy and already made the first video leveraging the footage I captured from the climbing event

Thank you so much for your help and practical advice!

Kelsey

P.S. I’m a former Austinite and now live in Cape Town. Please, please have a fried avocado taco from Torchy’s for me. And Noah, my partner is South African (I’m Amercian) and we’re navigating U.S. visas, too. It’s not an easy process, but I hope you’re able to figure it out soon!

Alright so last weekend was my birthday so my girlfriend made pancakes which was pretty nice. Anyway she wanted to take a photo of the lovely breakfast table she had prepared, presents and all but something was off. She realised it was the maple syrup. Basically the maple syrup we have here has this plain ugly label, it’s a nice little glass bottle but the label looks like shampoo or something and is offensive enough to ruin an otherwise idyllic photo.

We talked about it and I had been thinking about it for some time. Pure maple syrup, straight out of a tree and tastes like gold – there aren’t many products with these credentials and for some reason they’re branding it like a knock off head and shoulders. There are not many importers of maple syrup in Denmark and it’s hard to find another one – so I resolved to do something about it…

Of course I did nothing, but then I listened to the podcast and decided to get my act in gear.

So I photographed the bottle, did some graphic magic and exported a mock-up then tracked down the buyers at the supermarket and slid into that inbox with this above story and ‘I did some free work, want to implement it?’

Best case scenario they use my label and we live happily ever after – better case scenario they ask me to look at their tens of thousands of products and filter for other graphic crimes that we can eradicate and make lasting change.

In all seriousness thanks for the #48hourchallenge

Why do Noah & Tim sound like they hang out all the time? 🙂

Anyway….In the past 48 hours or so, I delighted a client, who I hope to become more like a partner before the end of Q2. For that to happen, I need to keep doing that.

But only 2 or so days later he complained about my approach because it takes a lot of his time too, and suggested how my deliverables should look. I delivered what he asked for only hours later and the answer was “perfect!” — delighted once again.

I still very much prefer the old approach because it involves the client more, I get more information to create better deliverables, they see all the work I put in and the result ends up being much better.

Guess I should adjust my deliverables to this new approach with very busy clients because it saves them more time, even though the end result is not as good as it should be. But if it’s good enough for them, what can I do without demanding more of their time to improve it (by a lot potentially) ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Btw, I spent a month in Madrid, love Spain and think of moving there in a few years. But of course, I’d prefer somewhere on the coast rather than Madrid. Maybe Barcelona (if I’m a multimillionaire by then), or something like Valencia, Malaga or similar (if I’m not).

Hi Tim, Hi Noah. I have company called Capsul (www.yourcapsul.com) located in Miami, FL. We interview your parents and grandparents and create beautiful keepsake videos capturing the life and essence of the people you love most. It’s been my intention to move more into the corporate space to create legacy videos for corporate clients. Over the past two days I’ve direct messaged 50+ leads, I’ve received one outright no, sent a $6,500 proposal, and am in discussions with two more leads. I plan to reach out to another dozen today. Thank you for the prompt and inspiration.

First, I’m giving myself some props for getting through a 4+ hour pod. Yay Me! Bought Noah’s book and with the #48hourchallenge in mind, it’s Friday afternoon as I write this and by Sunday I will launch my Group Coaching Program that I’ve thought about, hemmed and hawed over, and haven’t launched. This will change on Sunday so in addition to my executive clients, others can discover how to prevent a bad moment from turning into a bad day or longer. Thanks for the convo Tim and Noah. Keep pedaling. Michael

Completely rethinking the slide into over-thinking too much!

Rebuilding business taken online (as a result of you know what in 2020), in a hugely competitive sector and where barriers to entry are almost zero. In type, that looks as tough as it feels. BUT we have a recognised brand.

In 48 hours…
1. replace random links with landing pages for key services
2. a template for paid downloads and lead magnets from existing content and
3. shrink the conversion process with a direct ask.

Thank you for some deep insights and reminders about what’s important.

#48hourchallenge Noah (and Tim!) – excited to test a new venture in Boulder, CO. In the last 24 hours, I created a landing page with an email subscriber list to measure interest for my business idea. I started to promote the idea on Instagram as well. Idea: I am a marketer by day and an artist by day. I recently moved from a major city in the southeast to Boulder, CO and discovered that despite the booming community of artists, the city lacks unique art supply stores. There is a Joanne’s Fabrics and a Michaels, but those are similar to Dick’s Sporting Good Stores, instead of more specialty running stores such as FleetFeet Sports. My idea is to start a boutique franchise of art supply stores that become a national brand for artists. As a marketer, I understand the value of strategic branding, and currently in the process of developing a business concept that is scalable beyond the borders of my new hometown. Noah – I look forward to a potential trip to Spain!

The following is my 48 hour business and action plan. I have been approached by a business owner to help build an app to automate how orders for his nationwide business are assigned in real time to available workers. The app will include the backend components: DB, authentication-authorization, APIs:
Action Plan
1. I will meet with him to work out an high level architecture, design, brainstorm of the product. He already offered to meet over some Turkish Coffee at his office, awesome!
2. I will discuss money, how much he will pay me, if the time is right to discuss
3. I will negotiate how to make residual passive income from the product. This will be accomplished from proposing that he make the product available globally, or within his business network as a subscription based product. The more subscribers he gets, the higher my passive income goes. I would be willing to have him pay me less up front at the prospect of ongoing passive income.
Plan will not occur on Friday night or Saturdays because I keep Shabbat, yet will augment Sunday with a few hours over the week to make it a #48hourchallenge!!!

hi Tim and Noah,

I am writing to let you know about the recent developments in my brand Sante Wellness Club, which I established last year. Our objective is to introduce a novel perspective to the running and endurance community. To this end, we have been organizing run clubs worldwide, aiming to unite individuals and athletes who share similar ideals. The genesis of our brand lies in recognizing the need for a community where athletes can engage, collaborate on ideas, and foster mutual growth.

Currently, I am in the process of developing the first collection of clothing for our brand. Your insights on sales strategies and funding avenues have been immensely beneficial. They have broadened my perspective and deepened my understanding of the business aspects of this venture. I am grateful for your guidance and look forward to implementing these learnings in our operations.

Thank you for your invaluable insight.

Sincerely,

Sam Zerehnazi

An Unorthodox Pitch from Someone Who Loves to Think Unconventionally

Tim, I would like to invest $1 in the next phase of your podcast/blogging career. In return, I ask for a seat on your advisory team in order to help you search within yourself to determine how you wish to impact the growing market I think you are destined to reach. I have been able listen and learn from a vast quantity of your material in a short amount of time and noticed a spirit of exploration, experimentation, and education in the work you produce. The tone in your voice while discussing this with Noah Kagan reveals uncertainty, but a muse rings out loud and clear to me where you should explore, experiment, and educate next.

I am a physical therapist from Shreveport, LA. As a physical therapist for the past nearly 10 years, I have had the opportunity of working in many different health care settings and seen just how unhealthy people can be, and that doesn’t include the patients I have worked with. Part of the problem the health care system is facing, and is likely to perpetuate, is that many of the individuals responsible for managing health care of our country are not healthy themselves. I am a perfect example, as I spent a long time quietly battling with mental health issues related to the ever-growing stress of managing the care of unhealthy individuals within a broken healthcare system. Luckily, I found away to navigate through it, largely through my passionate pursuit of refined thinking through studying the podcasts and works of you and your closest friends/colleagues. However, I am fearful, given the current trajectory of our country, we are destined to continually face this problem if nothing is done.

The answer to this problem, as I currently see it, is to reimagine how we distribute information on how to educate the next generation to acquire knowledge and develop life skills related to principles of healthy and well-balanced living. The current approach in this age of technology as demonstrated in the public education systems seems counterintuitive to the foundational beliefs of ancient wisdom. As my three young children are starting their grade school experience, this is extremely concerning. But, I believe you have an opportunity to use a similar approach to your current podcast to reach a wider market. Through careful execution, could you impact the way future generations build lives and systems that are rooted in the foundational truths of how to possess true knowledge and work towards a brighter future?

If you don’t think you are interested in discussing the concept further, please reply with a gracious response, and I will look forward to hearing what you have coming in the next phase of your podcast. But, if you do want to talk more, let’s set up a virtual meeting or arrange a meeting in Austin. (I do enjoy a good reason to go to Austin.)

With great appreciation and admiration,

#48hourchallenge

PS. You have made several recent references to golf and suggesting you are not good at golf. If you ever want to change that, I would love the opportunity to teach you how to improve and enjoy golf more. I see no reason that someone with your technical experience in sports and comprehensive physical and mental training regime should not be able to improve fairly quickly…other than maybe the back pain, which I could maybe suggest possible solutions as it relates to golf performance. Hi Tim and Noah,
Thanks for the great chat. I’m excited about the #48hourchallenge .
In the last 48 hours, I’ve moved forward with a contractor to build a website (liberatedpractitioner dot com), sent out an info sheet for my intro talk to several connections, I signed up and downloaded a business systems bundle to streamline my business and bought the book.
But I’m going to take another weekend out and go through all the steps in more detail.
Thanks for the challenge.

Started my #48hourchallenge on accident before it was even assigned! About 30 minutes into the episode, the inspiration bubbled over and I began building a new business centered around AI-powered interior design visualization and design service. By the end of the episode, I had built a minimally viable version of the full website. After 48 hours I had completed a gorgeous site, launched it, built the entire business plan in three phases, beginning with a simple service model (to get money in the door fast), transitioning into paid e-courses (when the process is systematized enough to teach quickly and simply), and culminating with an app (if and when the courses prove demand and that this could and ought to be further scaled). Also by the end of the 48 hours I secured a partnership agreement with a $90M/year real estate firm to be on their post-sale white glove concierge service referral list (30-40 referral deals/month is what other provider on this list are averaging!). What will the next 48 hours have store? I still have a whole weekend ahead of me 😉

I crafted and sent a survey that will test the water of a potential business on coaching. While for the time being I aim to target PhD students that are lacking mentorship I migh be able to scale out of that space if I indeed become the mentor I wish I had.

Hey there!

Thank you for the episode and the wealth of highly tactical insights. Over the past 48 hours, it has motivated me to push a few things: I’ve updated my personal blog with 3 new articles scheduled for my time off, closed one project at work (cutting inefficient processes), and, most importantly, started working on my own project. Consequently, I’ve reached out to 2 people I personally know who are running their own businesses, showing them how they could improve their website and app, respectively. I’ve put in some extra effort and made it free of charge, as a starting point to gauge their feedback. I hope in Barcelona I’ll be able to share more about it 🙂

I did a few things and some of it scared the crap out of me!

1. Complimented strangers on their clothes
2. Asked a barista for a discount (didn’t get it, will try again)
3. Pushed go on a project that’s been on my mind for some time. I’m an ultra endurance runner about to do a crazy challenge: 7 ultras in 7 days. Ive built a brand ecosystem around myself and the other participants, created and grew a really cool community, and partnered up with a charity partner. I realized the potential to build a brand around this moving forward was super attractive and something I’m highly passionate about. Post-challenge, I’ll convert what I’ve done so far into a membership model: a one stop shop for runners = access to brands at discounted rates (nutrition, supplementation, mental health, recovery, footwear), high quality coaches, educational sessions, and of course, community runs. I’ve made the step of reaching out to a few current members to 1) get feedback and 2) ask them to commit. I got a 100% conversion rate when speaking to 12 people.

Thank you both for this incredible episode. I’ve ordered the book as I selfishly understand how much value it will provide in this community building journey! Wishing you both a super weekend ❤️

-create an online community
-reach out to 30 warm leads
-finically finish the mini course for my performance program

I’ll report back in 48 hours for the #48hourchallenge

In the past 48 hours I did:
– Spoken with 5 seed stage investors about a next round of funding for our saas company (we create developer documentation and onboarding)
– reached out to 30 potential users to ask if they want to chat about their problems
– spoken with 3 of our current users to understand what they absolutely need to have in the platform
– Did a bikefitting and cycled 50km to prepare for an ultra endurance gravel race (1300km in 1 week) in September. A clean mind is probably the most important of all of the above things to get any business flowing since it’s such a emotional and mental journey. We are now 1 year building our product and I’ve found being physical strong crucial to not get depressed about setbacks

Would love to win this coaching as were on a pivotal moment and I can use some help

I just finished the episode and am getting started on this #48hourchallenge right now. Mine has a simple goal: to get 10 people to respond favorably within the next 48 hours to an email.

Said email asks them to sign up to learn Japanese from me. Minimum two sessions, to be started within a week of sign up, with a run time of two hours per session, costing 300 USD in total. I’m considering methods of discounting for those who respond immediately, like by EOM, to get a 20% discount. If they ask for one even afterward, I’ll take 10% off no problem. Seems like that plus playing into scarcity tactics (only ten seats!) is a good tactical combo.

Anyway, wish me luck! I enjoy Noah’s insight very much and would love to finally go to Barcelona — I flew over to Buenos Aires a few times thanks to old blog entries by Tim and picked up quite a lot of Spanish. I’d love to see what “the SoCal of Europe” would be like.

#48hourchallenge Thank you Noah and Tim for the inspiration to actually act on my ideas. I’ve owned my business for almost 10 years now and it has become stagnant which has been my fault. I feel like I’ve run out of ideas and have gotten comfortable. However, I know it needs to grow and I owe that to my contract employees. My business is a coaching business for cyclists and mainly mountain bike athletes.
So after listening to your podcast and the #48hourchallenge, I challenged myself to get one idea done this weekend. I hired a social media manager. I have wanted to hire him for while but just never approached him about the idea. With the hire, I sat down with him via video call and we laid out a plan for the next few months.
Again, thank you for the inspiration. I’ll continue to challenge myself to spark ideas and the motivation to act upon said ideas.

Hey Tim & Noah!

Thanks for a great episode— I gained so much from listening.

Your conversation about the Million Dollar Weekend hits close to home. I’ve executed on this framework several times, but wanted to share my first attempt. It goes like this—

While in graduate school at UT Austin, I spent a considerable amount of time as a bedroom music producer. As an independent musician, I was looking for easy ways to share my music with others— and I wanted to do so in a simple format. Kind of like a “music business card” of sorts. Unfortunately, there was no music-specific platform like this at the time (and there still isn’t).

When I told my roommate of my frustration, he encouraged me to take the weekend and build this myself. He showed me a few no-code web design tools I could use to make this happen, and I set off to work.

It took me one weekend to create Artistcard— a website for independent musicians to quickly share their music with others. After 48 hours, I posted my new tool on Reddit, to share with others. To my surprise, the Reddit thread went viral and within the next 24 hours I had over 300 users sign up! Seems like there was a real demand for my product.

Unfortunately, I didn’t think ahead about monetizing it… and the service was costing me more than I could afford. Over the next year, I rebuild my service with several more robust features— making it both automated and monetized. I even added functionality to allow independent musicians & local venues to book gigs through the app. However, by that point, the hype had died down and I didn’t have the marketing knowledge to make this into a profitable business. After two years, I unfortunately shut the website down.

Regardless, that weekend changed my life. I was taught a valuable lesson— that you can do more than you think in only 48 hours. You can build an idea and test it within a short amount of time.

While my product ultimately failed, I’ve used this experience to set a precent many times over— and I wanted to share it as my #48hourchallenge ! With Noah’s help, I hope to bring Artistcard back to life and use it to help independent musicians worldwide.

Cheers!
Andriy

I have been making youtube videos for the past three years on European Football from Chelsea FC news, transfers, tactics on how teams play and mini docu series on managers.

I have been doing this on my weekends more since I have two kids now which really doesn’t allow flexibility during the week day.

But I have found this time to be the crunch time.

After listening to the episode (great episode!) I made sure I put together all my clips/slides and voice recording in to my video so that I could get it schedule to upload tomorrow (sunday) instead of just quickly putting it together on Sunday night and trying to push it out.

I am looking forward to reading Noah’s book and love the information that came from this episode!

Hey Noah and Tim,

Extremely grateful that I listended to all 4 hours of this episode. My main takeaway is that this world has full of opportunities and its on us to capitalize on them.

I’m working in corporate as a tech consultant in Canada but my true passion lies with having meaningful conversations with people and creating videos. I combined my 2 passions last year started a street interview channel where my mission is to “Explore a Newcomer’s in Foreign Cultures”. I interview newcomers and discuss all aspects of life (working, making friends, dating, finding a place to live, etc.). As a Newcomer to Canada myself, I first hand dealt with a lot of these challenges and want to share these stories.

My dream is to help people make informed decisions about if moving to a certain country/city is the right decision or not as this is a big decision for people and often, they make this decision without access to the right information. I’m starting my journey in Canada but I will do this worldwide one day.

Over the last 48 hours, I’ve made my 1st full-time hire (an editor). This may not seem that big of a deal to some but it was a big step for me and I’m really excited for 2024.

Getting a chance to hangout with Noah in Barcelona would be game changing so if you’re reading this Noah, I just want to thank you for taking the time to read. I hope you pick someone whom you can impact the most (even if its not me).

Best wishes,
Iram.

Hi Noah and Tim,

Amazing lessons shared in this podcast, thanks!
I’m Wei, currently working at Meta but always thinking about starting my own, I am very resonated with the concept of 48hourchallenge because in the past, I was just “thinking” about “what if”. At the end of 2023, I finally had a mindset change which I treat action more seriously.

In about a month, I am able to build a tiny full-stack app which I always want to learn about! (website: weitu dot vercel dot app).

This weekend I always challenge myself to post more on Threads, so I shared a recent reflection of mine and surprisingly got over 200 more followers!

I will keep embracing this and hopefully create something amazing!

Hi Tim and Noah. Noah, in the 48 hours after I saw this episode, I created a full blown website for my idea, put together a pitch deck (which I can also share), attended a language meetup to recruit my initial beta testers, and applied for a pitch competition in Tokyo, Japan since I hope it to be my main target market due to its monolingual majority and the growing interest in learning English, plus the sudden influx of foreign workers in Japan. Wika is a language acquisition system that uses the most natural approach of acquiring a language, therefore, I believe to be the most effective. An approach that we are already familiar with when we first acquired our first language when we were babies. The majority of language learning systems and curricula are deeply rooted in traditional, structured approaches. These methods typically emphasize grammar rules, rote memorization, and repetitive textbook exercises. While this approach can provide a basic understanding of a new language, it often falls short that leads to slow progression to fluency, diminished engagement and motivation, and inadequate cultural integration. Wika provides the solutions to these shortcomings. #48hourchallenge

Hey Noah,

Thank you for all the resources you have created. Excited for the book launch! I recently learned about you after the awesome Tim Ferris episode. So many Aha! moments for me. I then read both of your blog posts on Tim’s website and they were super technical and helpful on how to start a business venture in an efficient manner without spending tons of time and energy building websites and apps.

I also appreciate your open and honest comments about therapy and mental health. Part of my journey was working through both childhood and adulthood traumas.

Myself like everyone else on this planet has been searching for our meaning of life. Our “why?”. Well I recently found mine. I suffered from multiple chronic pain issues for the past 8 years. I played division 1 college football, multiple snowboarding accidents with concussions, and then was hit by two vehicles (on my bicycle) going 45 mph on separate occasions. This led to some mental trauma and chronic pain. Because of this I was about to apply for long term disability and end a fairly successful medical career. I contemplated suicide a few times over those 8 years. Either by fate, coincidence, or guidance from a higher power, I finally found/created a solution to my chronic pain. I am essentially cured and I have strong scientific evidence that most other chronic pain suffers can have the same results as me.

I really like the idea you and Tim discuss about Kevin Kelly’s 1000 true fans, but my mission is to help each and every person on this planet that suffers from chronic pain. I realize this is some unreal aspirations, but that’s how much this has improved my life and I want to help others.

So I started waking up at 4AM (I have 2 little girls) and crushed your online Monthly 1k program in 3 days. I validated that this is truly a problem by identifying Medical schools provide only 81- hours of education on pain and how to manage it, over 4 years. There are over 100 million adults in the USA that suffer from chronic pain. Costs the economy 600 billion a year. CP causes people to make 37% less income and higher rates of opioid addiction and 4x higher risk of committing suicide. Fascinating but sad. Like your chihuahua business example, it’s clear people with chronic pain spend a lot of money. I racked up over $20k seeing 13 different medical providers over 8 years that ultimately was treating pain incorrectly. I would love to save them a ton of time, energy, and money.

So then I started asking friends, they were ecstatic to pay me to help them overcome their chronic pains. Thanks to your program, I validated further by reaching out to local businesses to see if I can help larger groups rather than 1-on-1 sessions. Radio silence I even followed your method (from blog on Tim’s website with Daniel) of reaching out on multiple platforms over 2-3 days with follow ups. Radio Silence.

I have quite a few visions of tiered products I can create from my knowledge and research, but I am following your guidance of not spending a ton of time and money on building programs, courses, apps, websites.

I feel like I have a true problem high on the totem pole for people. I have unique skillset with my personal experience, profession credentials, professional research of the science, and passion/motivation. Yet not much interest outside of my wonderful friends. Do I have overly nice friends or am I bad at sales/marketing?

I am so passionate about this I don’t want to pivot to a new business idea. I really would appreciate any advice or support you could provide to identify any mistakes or flaws in what I have so far. I appreciate all your work and I would be more than happy to give you New dad/parent advice in return!

Amazing episode that’s hit me just at the right moment. I seem to be procrastinating with getting my latest side hustle (mastermind business aimed at a certain segment of business founders at a particular phase) going despite months of research. Given I’ve stated multiple businesses, a podcast and a book… I have no idea of why the mental block. Feel of failure maybe? Less hunger now I’ve made some money? Who knows! Anyway… after this pod I briefed my web designer on a landing page and reached out to several entrepreneurs that I think would be interested in joining… two said yes immediately 🔥🙌🏼

Hey Noah & Tim,

My name is Eli Moraru and I am the Co-Founder of a revolutionary nonprofit called The Community Grocer that is reimagining our broken food systems to ensure everyone has access to true nutrition. My goal this quarter was to dive heavily into fundraising, specifically looking for individual contributors to join our board of directors. This quarter was also the start of construction on our pilot location in West Philadelphia, and as such have been putting off the extra effort into fundraising to instead focus on paperwork, permits, bids, etc.

After listening to this episode, I realized how much I could change for my organization in just 48 hours. I put the extra effort into the cold email and reached out to over 100+ potential donors. After these 48 hours, I was able to raise an additional $60,000 in working capital for my nascent start-up, with more on the way.

Noah & Tim, as a bootstrapped founder – I’d love input on early hires & outsourcing, specifically when the right time is to pull the trigger on those early hires. Looking forward to learning more as I bring this collective vision for TCG to reality!

Shout-out to the #48hourchallenge

48 hours ago I didn’t know I was an entrepreneur despite coming from a long line of them. Mom of 2 young boys, both of which managed to get sick in this 48 hours. This conversation is one of the best I’ve ever heard and lit a huge fire in me.

Biggest take aways: Start now. Consider that entrepreneurship doesn’t have to mean running a huge company as it could be extra income around a passion or something that grows slowly with bootstrapping and under constraints that require creativity.

Actions taken:

1. Made a list of things I’m great at or that interest me to the point of obsession – decluttering/simplifying life, adult engagement events for Moms with quality childcare provided and double use of their time, and moving people with my words/life experience.

2. Took action on a curated Mom event for 10 where childcare is covered, their laundry is done, and they get to engage in non-Mom time creativity:
– childcare provided (secured dates on two highly qualified caregivers calendar)
– calculated cost of dinner for up to 20 kids from ChickFilA (asking for a discount when I place the order with promise of monthly future business following successful event)
– emailed local laundry mat for access to rent their facilities for a Friday from 5-9 (high quality washer/dryers, kids area, large tables for moms to meet separately)
– DM’d local coffee shop for their evening rental rates if laundry mat rental doesn’t work
– crafting an email for wine donations from my husbands company (liquor sales)
– researching mobile charceuterie class offerings where we learn to make a charceuterie board so we get creative and make our own food for the night
– researching task rabbit or “Mommy helpers” for 3-4 people to handle washing/folding laundry while Moms create
– plan is ten Moms for $200 each with childcare + craft covered while Moms think critically and create beautifully and their laundry is done too
– Goals: make laundry fun (it isn’t and it never ends); allow Moms the freedom of quality childcare bundled with their own time to make something beautiful and connect to other Moms
– Marketing: 2 highly active local Mom pages, well known neighborhood Moms, daycare Moms
– Accounting: $450 childcare/craft/food; $300 for 4 laundry workers & supplies; $750 event (wine/charceuterie); $500 profit
– Obstacles: keeping costs low enough to make any profit while still offering incredibly high value to participants for the cost; scalability of this idea is hard since it involves high-touch planning and my presence

3. Researching toy rental + decluttering service:
– while these exist they’re pretty focused on climate change issues and shipping cost problems; to experiment I would use the same marketing groups as the Mom events above and test this service with a few friends
– offering a declutter service focused on toys/kids areas; asking for donations of toys to build inventory
– created 2nd hand quarterly toy boxes and offer “keepers” for the most loved toys in each box
– no penalty for broken toys (is this feasible?)
– focus heavily on lessening the load or management of the task for Moms

4. Applying many techniques in this episode to my current job (very encouraging of ideas and learning) for low-risk sales technique testing:
– on lowest margin software resells, consider adding a bucket of 4-8 free consulting hours to get us in the door for scoping
– researched some of our best cross-selling deals to figure out how to replicate
– suggesting an all-company sync on our Q1 and 2024 goals; no one is clear
– focusing on the specific wording and tools in this episode to help our renewal process (which I run)

Hey Tim, really like the show. From my perspective I heard more from you than from the guest this episode. I felt like I didn’t get a chance to hear everything Noah had to offer and it left me wanting more.

#48hourchallenge

At a Festivus Party (see Seinfeld, episode 166) in 2014, I watched the host gift books to friends. One friend in particular received Rich Dad by Robert Kiosaki. Having read every book by Robert Kiosaki as well as every book in the financial genre at the local library, my interest was piqued. This was not a book that I could get others to read, but it had resonated with me to the point that I paid to attend one of the 2 day sessions put on by Rich Dad a few years prior.

I watched as other books were passed out, questions were popping in me. I had to know more about the method and the purpose behind selecting and gifting books to guests. I had never been to a party like this or had friends who read books like this.

I pulled the host aside and quizzed him on his book choices and who receives what. I needed to know how he gets people to read and then talk with him again. I get so excited about a book and read it and believe it has changed my life and I want others to feel that passion, but it rarely works that way. I need people like this. I get my one key question answered from the Festivus host, I ask, if someone reads Rich Dad, what next? He tells me The Four Hour Work Week. Boom. I didn’t receive a book but the title was enough for me.

The morning after, winter break was in full swing so I had days to read. I immediately found a free PDF of the Four Hour Work Week and I am through half of it by lunch: life-changing. I order a hard copy. This is clearly going to be a book that requires note taking and high-lighting. Beyond that, there is something about the author’s pursuit of life that aligns closely with my hopes and vision.

By Spring Break, I had my hands on The Four Hour Body. I begin implementing his ideas and find his thoughts on eating and training to be life-changing. Shortly after that, I discover the Tim Ferriss Podcast (Tim Tim Talk Talk) and I know I have found my tribe. Working virtually in education in rural Oregon can be isolating and discouraging. This blog and podcast provide hours of reading and listening to think about autonomous learning and individual self-development.

By 2019, still working in virtual education, I started a side-hustle, still listening to every Tim Ferriss episode. While single-parenting 2 teenagers and working full time, facing the pandemic and some dire family situations, my kids, business and I made it to 2024! This is the year and THIS 4-hour podcast (I see what y’all did there) was the inspiration and logistics needed. I finished listening to it on Friday and have spent 48 hours jumping back into my side-hustle (which is still in business but not where I want it to be). I spent the past 48 hours doing what I know has been working and making sales. Thank you for this and the past decade plus of inspiration!

Dear Tim, dear Noah,

thank you for the talk =).

I hereby participate in the #48hourchallenge (hope I am not too late !? 😉 )

What:
A new approach that improves the status and happiness of whole groups (instead of individual customers) in a blue ocean.

There are clubs of a certain domain that practice an artful though low-threshold hobby.
Every club has at least 1 club-internal-tournament / year.
Last year I attended (spontanious or by accident) 4 such events and in 3 of them the representatives tried to convince the spectators to participate.
In 2 cases it worked rudimentary in 1 not at all.
Though, I have seen it work in many settings. Some experienced/lucky/gifted representatives did spark the fire and created with their event a really nice memory and collective smiles.
From a social design perspective: When someone hears the principles and knows what to mind and practice, then those outcomes are totally reproducable (e.g. encourage first followers with.., ask for participation after… and with the words…).
Simply, no one thought with this perspective about knowledge-transfer within this area, yet.
→ The product is a lifetime access to this knowledge-guideline (short-videos & PDFs), for 250€. A club (or a group within this club) pays once and gets informed when new versions are published.

Who:
According to wikipedia, there are 50 000+ clubs of this certain domain in my linguistic area (germany).
I esteem 5-50 adult members per club.
If 8% (50 000 x 0,08 = 4000) buy for 250€, then 1M in sales is possible.

+ With the knowledge created and tested, translation suggests itself.
+ There is at least 1 sibling-domain where the exact same knowledge-package could be offered.

Where:
Because those clubs are registered and established, they have umbrella organizations. I found one with the mailadresses of 5000 Clubs openly published online.

Further:
I don’t have the detailed knowledge-package, yet, but I’ve already been able to derive principles.
And I know what to ask for. People that enter my homepage will be asked in questionnaires about their ideas, experiences and whether they can recommend experts who I may interview (individually, 15 min). I`ll put the product together from the questionnaires and the expert interviews (short videos and one-page PDFs) and publish an updated version every few months. A User that paid once, gets informed about the updates.
I see myself as having an advantage in the didactic compilation of the videos and PDFs; imparting this knowledge would be really fun for me and my academic background is social sciences of such kind.
A problem is that such willing representatives have to practice what really works and that requires a tournament or at least spectators that I can’t pull out of a hat. –> It is more efficient to be the magnet and collector for those building blocks.
Early-Stage-User that contribute to the knowledge-foundation shall pay what they wish.

My hidden additional benefit:
– learn to use a website builder and my website-conceptual-intelligence
– I have a reason to register a legal structure (I am traditionally more the thinker than the doer, not a tech- & contract-guy but an observer, asker and & social design-type).
– Side hustle where I can gift the world a lot of joy
– I already have 2-3 experts in mind – that I have never met in person – and with this i have a good reason to contact them and ask for a short interview about their field of expertise=)

My Doings this weekend:
– listen to all 4 hours of this episode
– took several walks
– saw my parents
– helped a friend with his project
– wrote this text
– purchased a 1month premium package for a website-Builder
– spent 3x several hours getting to know this builder (current state: I have a lean design in my head and circa an idea how to compose it with this tool. Headlines but no written content to fill it with, yet. )
– combing, defining, slimming the idea and research key parameters
– Drafted the next months
– applied for a post-office box (for not publishing my adress)
– Tendered for a professional to code a piece for me: The website and design I want to pursue myself, though – as the final product is partly a PDF that can easily be sneaked – I want an automated process that puts an individual watermark onto a la „This doc was bought by group a/city b . If you use it and like its content, please spread the word and consider buying it at URL“.

PS: It is pretty much a clickfunnels approach, though without clickfunnels (because cf costs 5x the monthly fee of my current hpbuilder and way more important: cf – i guess without much knowledge – would be too fast and too pushy for me & my approach. I dont have the knowledge that I plan to sell the users, yet. I need the users to crowdsource the knowledge and for this I need my open ear close to the crowd without 5mails/day that tell me to sell already:D → the concept is to work on it not much more often than on the weekends;). No disrespect, with the knowledge solidly collected, i could imagine the switch to cf.
(As a matter of fact) there is no one in my phonebook or fb of whom I know or think that he/she is a member of such a club:D. And before I reach out to cold call preorderers, I wish to have forms on the homepage, so that I can effectively utilize when someone offers knowledge-pieces.

Kindest regards =)

Hi Randy,

thanks for your interest, what else is of interest for you?

I do it on Wix
Starting with my zero experience with this tool I got better but am not completely satisfied, because my wishes are still too individually to settle with their templates.. hope that works out as my learning curve rises.

Currently there is carnival in my area (I preworked during the week, so I kind of have that compensated #48hoursEqualsWeekend), though I prepared a few questions and will coldcall potential customers next week to gather information and put the idea to external tests (could have done it before, but I planned on doing it with surveys on a finished website.. the nearby solution to coldcall people arose just 2 days ago 😀 )

I’m building casa [Moderator: link to casa (dot) dev redacted.] 🏠

In 48 hours I’ve exercised my “just ask” muscle and have and gotten feedback from friends and past colleagues so I can figure out whether or not casa is meant for smaller or larger teams when it comes to building and shipping software collaboratively.

My original thesis was that casa would find PMF with small teams. Turns out that’s not quite right, and now I’m growing my network and meeting design, dev, and product leads in larger companies who are improving how they build software collaboratively.

Loved the show. Thanks Tim and Noah!

I loved this episode and there was so much to take away from it! It’s so encouraging to think of what we can do in 48 hours. I have tried a couple of ideas to start a business but none of them felt quite right in the past after I tried to develop them, but I finally found something that I would do whether or not I sold anything and that is making art. I currently sell my art and art prints online.

I built a shopify website this summer and sales have been slow going and a lot of that is because of me. For my #48hourchallenge I will be growing my e-mail list to 100 people (currently at 50) and make a new newsletter to go out for Feb 1st. I will start monthly and move to bi-weekly. I am planning my next collection and launching that next on the website. I would like to get to 1000 true fans. I also will contact a local art cafe to see how I could get some of my art on their walls.

Best of luck to everyone on their ideas and their 48 hour projects! Appreciated all the advice on the show. Thanks Tim and Noah!

Hey Noah and Tim,
I’ve been doing my business since 2018 & have been growing every year,
After listening to this podcast, I’ve finally made steps in outsourcing some of the work from the day to day by hiring 2 VA’s as well as look into hiring developers to build tools for our business. This has been a step I’ve been afraid to take for years. I’ve also taken steps to look into possibly getting funding to grow my business even more since it is heavily based on cash spending/cash flow as I want to grow the team and 3-5x in 2024.

Thank you guys!

I’ve got to admit this superb 4-hour pod has eaten a chunk of my #48hourchallenge!

I’m Pete and I’ve been running urban cycling website Discerning Cyclist since 2012, with the aim of helping everyday people cycle in style every day 🚲💪

Ironically (based on your algorithms discussion in the pod) our site was massacred by a Google update towards the end of 2023.

That’s made me rethink the entire business.

Now we’re actively diversifying our traffic sources (so we don’t rely on Google), monetisation (creating our products, not just ads/affiliates) and have also acquired a cycling brand that went bankrupt.

We made great progress in January by overhauling our Facebook page and started to drive serious traffic from it.

The next traffic source we’re targeting is Pinterest, so during my own #48hourchallenge I’ve been studying (well, trying to understand) Pinterest and came up with a strategy for how we can also drive traffic from this platform – particularly how we can engage better with a female-dominant audience.

We’ll be implementing this strategy in February 🤞

Thanks again for the great content, Tim and Noah.

Happy cycling,
Pete

p.s. If I win the #48hourchallenge I prize, I already live in Spain, so the flights will be really cheap 😉

#48HourChallenge Accepted!

In the last 48 hours I implemented a huge pivot for my business, which I’ve been procrastinating on for about a year.

My business is a Canva template membership, which I launched in 2019. I have deals on the AppSumo marketplace too (The Template Tribe)

For a year, I have been thinking about adding a commercial license (master resell and Private Label Rights) so people can resell my templates.

In the last 48 hours, I implemented a Beta phase and launched the commercial license to my email list. BOOM… 30 annual membership conversions over the weekend. That’s serious validation.

Now I need help scaling this to a million dollar business. Please help!

See you in Barcelona for tacos and scaling The Template Tribe to $1M 🙂
