24 Highlights from The Tim Ferriss Show to Make You Healthy, Wealthy, and Wise in 2024

Happy New Year!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for listening to The Tim Ferriss Show, which will hit its 10th anniversary soon.

Below are some of my favorite TFS moments from 2023. I’m using them, and I believe you can use them, as launching points to become healthier, wealthier, and wiser in 2024. I’ve thrown in a few laughs, too, as those are perhaps most important of all.

The clips below cover a wide range of topics—the very tactical and practical (exercise routines, optimizing to-do lists, building habits, goal setting), life-transforming decisions and big-picture moves (rites of passage, personal reinvention), and much more.

2024 is going to be very big! Secret plans are already in the works…

If you haven’t done so already, you can subscribe to the podcast on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, or wherever you find your audio morsels.

Sending all the best to you and yours, and please enjoy (click on the guest’s name for the full episode):

I LOVED your interview with David Eagleman. My husband, Danny ordered the Neosensory wristband for hearing loss the next day. It has been a life-changer! He still uses hearing aids, but I don’t believe he needs them. Danny should be David’s spokesperson!
Thanks, Tim!

It would so excellent if this was available as pure podcast rather than YouTube links in the blog. Regardless thank you a deeply additive, masterful podcast.

Thanks for the summary, there are some great moments!
Why not put them together and use it as a podcast / youtube channel episode? It would be easier to consume and you would have more valuable content posted.

Hello TF team! Would you consider altering the initial stock Youtube like & subscribe click and ding features at the beginnings of these videos? I get that repetition makes an impression and that you’d want people to do both those things, but I feel like I’m being hypnotized into annoyance while trying to get to the message in each respective video. 24 dings in this case, like a slot machine… If it must stay, perhaps a lag beforehand pairing with the intro, instead of having (In my humble opinion) overused, obnoxious and repetitive sounds playing over TF or Guest and taking away from or distracting from the real content. Thanks for all you do, this content is still great 🙂

Hi Tim, I love the podcast. I’ve heard you say that you’re experimenting with ways to evolve it or explore what’s next. I’d like to suggest interviewing outside of your current demographic (this list is almost all white men, almost 1/3 bald white men). There are so many fascinating women of color building our world right now – you would multiply your audience and exit the feedback loop.

Love this – If you could add text transcripts, that would be amazing, for those who don’t have time to watch the youtube clips!

Coyote

A card game by Tim Ferriss and Exploding Kittens

COYOTE is an addictive card game of hilarity, high-fives, and havoc! Learn it in minutes, and each game lasts around 10 minutes.

For ages 10 and up (though I’ve seen six-year olds play) and three or more players, think of it as group rock, paper, scissors with many surprise twists, including the ability to sabotage other players. Viral videos of COYOTE have been watched more than 250 million times, and it’s just getting started.

Unleash your trickster spirit with a game that’s simple to learn, hard to master, and delightfully different every time you play. May the wit and wiles be with you!

Keep exploring.
