Just pick one of these two options:
1) FASTEST — Find one of the emails you’ve received from me (search your inbox for “Tim Ferriss”) and click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom. This is immediate.
2) SLOWEST — Fill out the below form, which we check every 7-10 days. Your email will be manually removed within 10 days, but you might received blog updates in the meantime.
